Grey skies? Short days? Low vibes? Let’s dip into joy instead!!
The Cold Crew sessions are guided cold-water dips in nature, open to everyone who feels curious, brave, or simply in need of a reset. Some people come regularly, some join once, others bring friends — all are welcome.
The sessions are led by Martina, with the ongoing support of Kula, who continue to cheer us on and help invite new brave souls into the water. What started as a small idea has grown into a relaxed, supportive community that meets in all kinds of weather — and moods.
