My Core Session is designed to introduce you to the essential principles and practices of ice bathing, making it perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their understanding. This session combines the science behind cold exposure with practical techniques to help you get the most out of your experience. Guided by personal coaching and wrapped in a warm, supportive atmosphere, you will fully experience all the benefits this powerful practice can provide. Session Highlights:

1. The Science of Cold Exposure

You will learn how ice bathing affects your body and mind, from boosting circulation and metabolism to enhancing mental resilience. Dive into the researched benefits, including its positive effects on stress reduction, immune function, and overall recovery.

 

2. ​Breathing Techniques

Through guided breathing practices, you prepare your body and mind for the cold. Master specific mindful  methods to maintain calm, regulate your response to the cold, and maximize your focus during the plunge.

3. Ice-Bath Experience

During the ice bath, you’ll feel the immediate impact of cold exposure.  Your body will go through a range of sensations—from the initial shock to the calming effects of cold exposure. As you immerse, I’ll be there to guide you, ensuring safety and supporting you throughout the process. 

​4. Warm-Up Exercises

We end the session with dynamic warm-up routines to safely restore your body’s heat. These exercises help maintain circulation, reduce stiffness, and complete the experience on a positive and energized note.

WILD PLUNGE
Reconnect with Nature

For the adventurous souls, these sessions take place in natural outdoor settings, inviting you to dive deep into nature’s raw beauty. Immersing yourself in cold, untouched waters is more than a physical challenge, it is a journey back to nature's roots. Feel the icy grip of the water awaken your senses, and the serenity of the natural world calming  your mind.

This isn’t just a dip—it’s a ritual of resilience and renewal, a moment to break free from the noise and find harmony in the simplicity of the earth’s purest elements. Whether it’s a forest stream or a mountain lake, a wild plunge will nurture your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
