Mountain Yoga Festival Flims

I’m truly proud to be part of the Mountain Yoga Festival – a unique gathering in the Swiss Alps where movement, mindfulness, and nature come together.

Set in the breathtaking landscape of Flims, the festival brings together inspiring teachers, powerful practices, and a vibrant community for a deeply nourishing experience.

This year, I will be joining with my cold therapy sessions, offering 5 workshops focused on breath, resilience, and reconnecting with your inner strength through the power of cold and nature.

The cold water immersions will take place in the stunning Caumasee – a truly magical turquoise lake surrounded by forest, creating an unforgettable setting for this experience.

Being part of such a large and meaningful event is something I deeply appreciate – and I’m excited to share this experience with you.
